I don't think reading Proffitt, Excellence, Handbook, BOS modules, and Bristol all together will pass you the written exam

You need to read from different resources (known UK guidelines, GDC standards, external notes or even Journals of other fields of dentistry). It was hard to go and look for resources because of the diversity of topics.
